He has contributed to the Spring framework. He is certified as an instructor from Mulesoft and Pivotal and has delivered many certified trainings.
He spends a lot of time understanding frameworks and exploring their internals. Since he knows most of the internals, he delivers training with confidence.

Ruchi Saini
Ruchi Saini is a Corporate Trainer, Technical Instructor, and technology professional with over 20 years of experience in software development, enterprise integration, technical leadership, and professional training.
Throughout her career, she has worked across multiple technology domains, including Java, Spring Framework, Microservices, BEA WebLogic Server, Enterprise Integration, and MuleSoft. More recently, she has expanded her focus to Agentic AI, LangChain, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), helping professionals understand and apply modern AI technologies through practical, hands-on learning.
Before becoming a trainer and course creator, she spent more than 12 years at HCL Technologies, progressing through roles including Technical Lead, Manager, and Group Manager. She worked on enterprise-scale projects, led technical teams, mentored engineers, and delivered software and integration solutions for global organizations. During her tenure at HCL, she received multiple awards for technical excellence and outstanding performance, along with appreciation from clients such as GE and BEA Systems.
Her passion for teaching began through mentoring team members and sharing technical knowledge. Today, more than 5,300 learners have enrolled in her courses. She is also a technical author on DZone, with published articles on MuleSoft and Spring Microservices.
Her teaching philosophy is simple: learn by doing. She focuses on breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts, supported by hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world scenarios—so learners gain the confidence to apply technology in real projects and advance their careers.
